We begin our excursion from the metro Dobryuninskaya, the Serpuhovskya square.
Bolshaya Ordinka is the street at the centre of the Moscow. One of the most interesting, yet little-known streets as far as visitors go is Bolshaya Ordynka Street, found in Moscow's historic district – Zamoskvorechie.
Zamoskvorechie can be translated from Russian as 'Behind the Moscow river’ which describes where this historic district is: behind the river to the south. Zamoskvorechie is the biggest residential area in the center of Moscow and it gives a good feel of how the people live; as well, there is an interesting world famous art gallery, The State Tretyakov Art Gallery. This area has a distinct Muscovite atmosphere and it's just a pleasure to walk around its narrow streets and courtyards and take photographs.

- the history of this churches and lanes where we go. All of lanes have a very strange names connected with people who lived here many years ago.
- the sad story of life of Grand Duchess Yelizaveta Feodorovna (sister of the last Russian Empress, and the wife of Tsar Nicholas II’s uncle, Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich.) She was very kind. She built the convent but communists killed her. You can go inside to the convent and to see the monument to Yelizaveta Feodorovna.
